This is the RAID cable for the DL 325 G10 8 Bay chassis. It attaches to the backplane and then terminates at a RAID controller installed in the Mezzanine slot.

HP 874686-001
These are what we call the octopus cable. It’s a set of Mini SAS cables that connect Bays 1 and 2 to the SAS expander on the DL 380 24 Bay G10 server. One end of the cable attaches to Bays 2 and 3 on the backplane and the other end plugs into the SAS expander in ports 5, 6, 7, and 8.

HP 776402-001
This is one set of Mini SAS cables that connect the backplane to the SAS Expander on an HP DL 380 G10 server. The cable plugs into ports 1 and 2 in BAY 1. It routes along the left side of the server chassis and then plugs into ports 3 and 4 on the SAS expander installed in riser 1.

R730xd 12B Flex Bay SAS Cable 08RJM1
This cable attaches the rear flex to the backplane (Port A2) on the R730xd 12 Bay chassis. This cable will NOT work with the 24 bay chassis. Due to differences in backplane design the 24 bay uses a different SAS cable. However, the signal and power cable remain the same.

This is a short signal cable that goes from the rear flex bay to the motherboard on the R730xd chassis.
