This is a so called “premium” backplane that adds NVME support to the HP DL 360 G10 server.
Notes
- Premium backplane supporting up to 10 × 2.5-inch hot-plug drives.
- Supports SAS, SATA, and NVMe drive configurations with the required cabling and controller.
- Requires separate power, SAS, and NVMe cables (such as 869674-001 for backplane power, plus the appropriate SAS/NVMe cable kits).
- Intended specifically for the 10SFF Premium chassis and is not interchangeable with the 4SFF, 8SFF, or LFF backplanes.
- Commonly found in high-performance DL360 Gen10 storage configurations.
