This is a Mini SAS HD storage cable pulled from a Supermicro SYS-2029U-E1CRT server.
Notes:
- Straight-through Mini-SAS HD (SFF-8643) to Mini-SAS HD (SFF-8643) cable.
- Supports up to 4 SAS/SATA lanes per connector.
- Commonly paired with Supermicro 12Gb/s SAS backplanes.
- A single cable can connect up to 4 drives when used with a standard SAS backplane connection.
- Designed specifically for internal server storage applications.
- Not compatible with older Mini-SAS (SFF-8087) connectors without an adapter cable.
