This is the SAS storage cable for the R730 8 Bay SFF server. One end connects to the backplane and the other end routes through the right side channel of the server where it terminates at one of Dells mini mono RAID or HBA controllers.

- Dual Mini-SAS HD (SFF-8643) cable assembly.
- Used with Dell PERC Mini controllers including H330 Mini, H730 Mini, and H730P Mini.
- Commonly found in Dell PowerEdge R730 and R730xd systems with front SAS/SATA backplanes.
- Connects the RAID controller directly to the front drive backplane, carrying data for up to eight front drives on standard 8-bay configurations.
- Uses SFF-8643 (Mini-SAS HD) connectors on both ends.
