This is a Mini SAS HD storage cable designed for the R740xd mid bay. It attaches to 2 ports on the mid bay and converges to a single port that routes to port A1 on the primary backplane. This cable is specific to the R740xd 12 Bay chassis. It is not compatible with the 24 bay version of the R740xd.
